Step one is about getting laser-focused on the here and now. We’ll use practical mindfulness techniques to help you cut through the noise and zero in on what’s important. Think of it as rebooting your mental operating system to run more efficiently. By honing your ability to stay present, you’ll gain the clarity needed to tackle your goals head-on.

Play together

Next, we bring in some innovative team-building exercises. We’ll use interactive, game-based methods to foster creativity and collaboration. This isn’t just about having fun—it's about unlocking new ways to solve problems and work together effectively. These sessions will help you build a more agile mindset and strengthen your ability to adapt and innovate.

Begin to accept yourself

We dive deep into self-discovery, identifying the "parts" or "personas" that have been protecting you since childhood. These aspects of yourself, often formed in response to past experiences, have served important roles. Through guided reflection and compassionate exploration, we’ll begin to understand and embrace these parts. This process helps you integrate and love every facet of your being, fostering true self-acceptance and healing.

Commit to change

Change is hard, and breaking free from the inertia of habitual loops in your brain can be challenging. We’ll work on increasing your awareness, aligning with your deepest commitments, and taking deliberate actions to overcome these patterns.

Somatic EXPERIENCING Therapy

Somatic Experiencing therapy is different from traditional talk therapy, especially when working with trauma, anxiety and depression. Somatic Experiencing therapy is different from traditional talk therapy, especially when working with trauma, anxiety and depression. In telling the stories of their lives, I also invite my clients to pay attention to body sensations and use the body's wisdom to complete protective responses they were unable to complete in the past. Unresolved movement connected to fight, flight and freeze can build up in our bodies. These incomplete protective responses lead to symptoms such as anxiety, aggression, depression, disconnection from others and physical pain.While I'm paying attention to the content of my client's presenting concerns, I am also listening to the body's slight and subtle movements. From these small expressions, we learn what the body needs to do to heal. In a Somatic Experiencing session, a client may not even need to share the details of a particular trauma but we can still do the work without much specific content. The goal of treatment is to increase body awareness and equip clients to ride the waves of emotion and body sensation in daily life.

Preparation & Integration sessions are ~90 mins. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION: Call from a quiet place where you can sit down and take notes if needed.  Be fully present.Take some time to think about (and feel into) what would be most supportive for you at this time.  Consider: What are your top 1-3 intentions for our time together, questions on your heart, and/or requests for support you may be needing right now?

Equally important is the integration of the experience afterward, which involves translating the insights and realizations gained during the ceremony into daily life.Integration is essential for both positive and challenging plant medicine experiences, as it supports the development of new healthy brain pathways and neural networks through committed intentions and practical actions. This process helps deepen the experience of the sacred, leading to long-lasting positive transformation. To assist in this journey, I offer pre-ceremony preparation and post-ceremony integration sessions, providing guidance to ensure the full benefits of the plant medicine experience are realized in everyday life.
